Visited several times and always had good food at a reasonable price. The rump steak was tender and tasty. Asked for medium rare and that’s what we got. The pork belly was just right and the duck leg was full of flavour and the veg was cooked just right. Nice meal. Good service. Recommended.
Always a fabulous meal, the house white is amazing value for the taste, pate is a very big portion and absolutely a must have, cheese soufflé was great. the duck confit is a big portion and absolutely delicious! Only slight let down was the burger, nice, but not amazing. Service was brill too!
Enjoyed my visit at BB! Never had this type of cuisine before and it was satisfactory. Great atmosphere and friendly service. The Cheese Soufflé, Moules Marinieres and Sticky Toffee Pudding were my fav dishes. Downsides - I wish we were informed about happy hour upon arrival rather than having to enquire - the coulis was overly sweet (but the sorbet was nice) - asparagus was over cooked - baguette was slightly stale
