I was looking for a solicitor who dealt with family matter mainly children. I came across this fantastic firm when i first contacted them the reception staff was very friendly and very helpful in finding the right person who could help me. I was contacted by a Caitlin McBurnie to arrange a face to meeting after an initial phone call, on meeting Caitlin she was very friendly and professional and made the initail meeting less stressful, after explaining my situation and how complicated the whole situation Caitlin reassured Me that everything will be fine and all can be achieved which put my mind at ease. Caitlin handle the whole process very well, promptly, and professional with regular contact throughout explaining each step that will be taking throughout the whole process. initially was challenging but nothing seemed to faze Caitlin. Caitlin had produce the results I wanted and more, I cannot thank Caitlin enough she is a true professional and is friendly and always goes out of her way to keep me updated. I would like to thank Tony Woods also who assisted Caitlin and he went above and beyond on the day in court he really knows his stuff. if I would ever need to use a family solicitor I would go back to family law group and back to Caitlin. thank you all to at family law group in Milton Keynes and Northampton you all been brilliant. I highly not recommend Shazia Rana who was my previous solicitor ,She discriminated my case, she didn’t send to Court all evidence I was have, She is lier lawyer i meet, She is unprofessional, she doesn’t know how to explain to customer, she take my case from home and not office, She don’t know acknowledge about solicitor, if you’re European I highly request NOT to go to her, I highly request to don’t go Family Law Group because they’re never your side. They are not care when you are on Legal Aid Now I have to tell to Judge to contact Family Law regarding my evidence what was the reason didn’t send. I told to Judge the fault was Shazia Rana who ignore my case and discriminated my case ,she was side of my ex not my one… Shame on her… She doesn’t have communication with me all period of court… I highly not recommend her and this Family Law Group also. I have to give 0 star not 1 . Very very BAD …????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
