Jeff and Paul installed approx. 20 sq Metres of composite decking in my garden 2 or 3 months ago. Jeff executed the desired curved moulding of trex composite decking. He did this despite the 160 mile distance between our cities. Due to the distance, we had to employ local joiners to assemble our decking and Jeff guided the joiners through the assembly process. He was very professional and kept sending pictures and videos of the installation process as well as advising us on what the best materials and method to be used were as our joiner had never worked on Trex products before. Right from the outset, Jeff's professionalism was very evident. Jeff was on time for the appointment and the quote supplied timeously. After a design change, Jeff provided a further quote covering the revision. Jeff kept us up to date on when he will be starting the work, to delivery of the skip, wood and Trex for which he also made sure he was on-site for. Jeff and Paul commenced work in January. They were always on-time every morning, working a full day, with no lunch break. I cannot talk highly enough of them. They both worked through, rain, sleet and snow. On certain days they were working in sub zero temperatures and others in a mud pit. There sunny dispositions never waivered. They were always polite and friendly and above all very pedantic on installing everything to the highest standard even if it meant them being on site for longer. A prime example is when the temperatures dropped sub zero after the snow. Which mean that they could not install cement in a sub zero temperatures and waited 4 days before picking up the work again to allow for the temperatures to rise. This meant an extra 4 days which mean it took just over 3 weeks. The installation never felt rushed and was completed to a very high standard. They also cleaned up after themselves and cleaned the patio. Thank you very much Jeff and Paul for giving us the patio we always dreamed of. If it wasn't for your suggestion for the curve it would not have the impact that it currently does.
