First Class Customer service Lee and Charlotte are the most helpful and genuine people I've come across in this business sector in a very long time. My wood decking order was arranged in a timely manor, the delivery drive was helpful. When it became apparent that an "over order" had occurred (on my part not Buildbase) Lee was very understanding and explained the correct procedure to obtain a refund. Charlotte then went above and beyond to arrange a next day collection and refund.
