I was greeted by Alison and put at ease immediately. There was an unexpected fire alarm so we had to evacuate. Alison contacted me later that afternoon and did all the onboarding process, made an appointment to meet with Nathan the following morning. We discussed a new role that had just come in. I was put forward, Nathan kept me informed throughout the process, advising me where to look for assistance with interview questions and being available if needed. The whole experience has been great and thankfully i got the role :). I would 100% recommend Reed's services.
In the short time I have been registered with Reed, I was contacted immediately by Nathan Quail who initially wanted to get to know what I was looking for and what I was like as a person. He kept in contact throughout, he always checked if I was still available as he knew I was going to interviews and then when a local company needed an experienced Administrator he explained the role to me and asked if I was interested. He put me forward and I met the company face to face. This job ticked every box for me and that’s a difficult thing to achieve for anyone. Nathan improved my commute, pay, holiday entitlement, sick pay & weekly hours. If that’s not improving someone’s work/life balance I don’t know what is! He was so encouraging and enthusiastic and when I got the job I think he would have come with me to the pub to celebrate because he was so happy for me!
