I have mainly been working with one person as there is certainly a need for consistency. Especially when you are faced with a contracts being ended for spurious reasons, nothing to do with the quality of your work, possibly due to personal reasons! I'd strongly recommend seeking employment with industrious, they really try to find a role to suit the individual unlike other agencys! They seem to have an end goal of permanent employment for their staff. The whole team is very friendly and very quick to get you working as soon as possible! I was fortunate enough to have the branch manager Helen Platt on my case, I'm now back in my element, with a basic yearly of over 30k, great holiday pay and loads of opportunity for progression in the company it's self!
