Absolutely fantastic driver, so friendly and chatty we talked all the way home. As a female travelling alone I felt 100% safe in the car. I would definitely recommend this taxi firm. A shame I didn’t get the drivers name, a real asset to the firm. Great customer service!
I've used 001 Royal Cabs many times. Their prices are very reasonable and they are always prompt and professional. The cars are very clean, and the drivers are a real pleasure to talk to. The business confirms the booking via text and during busy times, will send you a link to track the vehicle. I highly recommend this business and look forward to using them in the future
I had a very comfortable and stress free journey! I had prebooked and the taxi arrived exactly on time and the driver was super helpful moving my luggage into and out of the car too. I would definitely recommend.

Really unhappy with their service. I have used them a couple of times but that’s it won’t be using anymore. Booked a cab from home to train station which was late. After arriving 10mins late there was no apologies just an excuse from the driver that he woke up late. While making payment the driver didn’t have a card machine and said that company payment link was down ,so he called the company on his phone and requested me to read my card details out loud, on an unsecured phone line. I didn’t have much time as my train was almost there so had to pay. Would have been nice to know before I got into the cab maybe I could have taken cash from my house I blocked my card straightaway and requested a replacement with my bank as I felt unsafe. The previous drivers as well were rude and I never complained but this is the worst experience. Horrible customer service and unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone in future, and lastly thanks for ruining my Black Friday.
