We booked Prestige Travel Group last minute to take us from MK to London for my friend’s Hen Do Weekend, and was 100% the best decision!! The minibus was lovely, comfortable, clean and on time!!! Water and tissues provided in the vehicle which was a Mercedes V Class minibus (very nice start to a wonderful weekend). Naz, our driver was smiley, helpful, polite, fun and made sure we were all comfortable and happy before setting off! We had a return journey booked a couple days later and we were delighted to learn that it would be Naz for the return!! There was a slight issue with traffic on his way to pick us up but this was beyond his control and was due to the transport strikes, the delay was minimal, 20 minutes if that but Naz kept in contact with us to reassure us where he was and that he was on his way! It worked out perfectly for us as we were only just back from a last mooch around London so gave us a chance to freshen up! We all felt so safe with Naz and would 100% used PTG again!! Thanks Naz & PTG for starting our weekend off so nicely and also topping it off with such a comfortable and stress free journey home!!! ☺️☺️????
Excellent service from Naz and his colleagues at Prestige Travel Group who have become our go to for airport transfers. We make bookings all the time use all time, they are always on time, super reliable, very friendly and professional. Could not ask for a better service.
First class service there and back from our wonderful driver, Naz. Great communication in advance, punctual, super polite and helpful. Arranged booster seats for children and drove beautifully on both trips. Will not hesitate to use again for future trips.
Thanks for such a wonderful service. We've used prestige travel several times and on every occasion they've been professional and very accommodating to our needs. We requested Naz who is polite, punctual and just a joy to have as our driver. We had a V class Mercedes with full leather interior and spotless. A complementary soft drink for all four of us was a nice touch. Pick up was seemless as usual making our all round trip to Haugen and the ABBA Voyage concert a great evening out.
