Janice eased us through the design stage, listening to our needs and reflecting this in her designs as we kept changing our minds. Paul’s input was invaluable as ours was an old house with difficult areas to fit. Once we had our final designs and quotes from three different suppliers, our decision was simple. Bailey Weber’s design, price and timescale fitted our brief perfectly. The kitchen and utility room replacement was carried out over one week. Paul and his team were like a well oiled machine, carrying out all aspects of the job with ease. Even when we hit difficulties, Paul was always positive and sorted things out. Bailey Weber designed and fitted our kitchen in 2014. Right from the start, they were absolutely brilliant - the design process was exciting and Janice totally understood what we wanted to achieve. Installation was completed with care, skill and tireless attention to detail - there are many thoughtful, bespoke pieces of carpentry and the quality of the finish is outstanding. Now, over 4 years later, the kitchen still looks just as good as it did when it was installed - it is standing up to the rigours of family life, functioning beautifully and attracts lots of compliments from everyone who visits our home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bailey Weber to anyone.
We've used Bailey Weber Kitchens twice. Initially to convert our kitchen & separate dining room in to a single kitchen/diner space. They did a fantastic job and organised the building work & tiling. That was 3 years ago. A few months ago they completed some alterations & additional units to our dining area. We couldn't be happier with the workmanship and would highly recommend this company. Janice and Paul designed, supplied and fitted the kitchen of our dreams. That sounds over the top but the whole experience and final result was so much better then we ever hoped. We redesigned the downstairs of our home to create the much-needed 'heart of the home', family kitchen we'd dreamed of and Bailey Weber made it a reality. Nothing was too much trouble for Janice, during the design stages and then for Paul during installation. The coordination with other trades was seamless and Paul's attention to detail was such a refreshing contrast to many trades-people these days. We could not recommend Bailey Weber highly enough. The kitchen still makes people go "Wow!" even now we've been living in it for a little while. When I show people pictures I've taken, just on my phone, I have been asked if they're professional shots of a show kitchen, it looks that good. All this and the price beat the 2 others we'd got from a high street and an independent hands-down. If you're trying to decide on a new kitchen, then a visit to the Bailey Weber showroom in Newport Pagnell may well be the best decision you could make
Outstanding professionals, superb quality & finish, brilliant customer service. We spent many weeks looking for a new kitchen and nearly got sucked into using one of the big high street names. Thankfully we spoke to Bailey Weber before deciding. Janice & Paul were brilliant from the start. Up until that point, we'd been told that our kitchen was too small to do the things we wanted to do, but Janice & Paul always found a way to get even more storage space and utilities in the space we had. After seeing their design we knew they would be the best for the job. We spoke to another customer of theirs who were full of praise, so we decided they were definitely the team we wanted to work with. Planning, delivery & installation were absolutely seamless. They were done and finished within a week, and even came round after completion to trim & fit the final elements after we had our new floor fitted. A year on and we're still getting compliments on how lovely our kitchen is. It's so great to find a local business you can trust - cannot recommend them highly enough.
