    We've been to this store multiple times now. First to choose my engagement ring which was obviously a very special time and we were treated fabulously as I picked out the one I wanted and had it sent off to be resized. The resizing was relatively quick at around a month just after the festive period. After an unfortunate accident we had to send it for repair but that also went very smoothly with text updates etc. We were persuaded to get platinum cover out when we purchased the ring which is a MUST HAVE as it costs a fraction monthly than the repair cost. The staff here are always really happy and friendly and it's just a really lovely place to pick out those special pieces. GET THE PLATINUM COVER!

    If you want to buy a watch when you visit CMK a good place to start would be Ernest Jones. A wonderful selection in stock with most leading brands with my particular favourite be Omega. There are some zero interest offers at the moment so well worth check those out.

    Please be warned that I have been overcharged for battery replacement. Watch was collected at 01/06/19 and after I suppose simple fix should be returned to me at 25/06/19. Despite price was agreed on 47 pounds at the beginning for my small Tissot , watch was kept until 22/08/19 ! and after many weeks I have been kind of pushed to do full service in total cost of 90 pounds or..... loose 47 pounds without anything been done :( So I paid 90 pounds expecting my watch will be returned in at least satisfactory condition however wasn't even polished or properly cleaned. So what's means full service? If you don't believe look at photos attached.The watch is worth around 190 but service cost 90 + offered new bracelet 78 = 169. To summarize horrible service and never again Ernest Jones.

    My husband bought me a beautiful Vera Wang bracelet for Xmas, however I didn’t like the pull clasp. My husband misplaced the receipt, I called the store and lady I spoke too was really helpful. She advised they could locate the receipt through till at store he purchased from if he knew the date. We arrived at store and was greeted by Paul (manager) who couldn’t have been more helpful. He located the receipt in quick time , and spent time with us as was buying a ring. There were quite a few customers in store and he didn’t rush us and gave excellent customer care. Thank you
