Experience from 2017 - shared on Yell but not on here. Still think about this horrible experience others should not have to experience. Awful service. Took in a watch to get the hands aligned, which I was assured was an easy job and would cost £18. I was told the repair would be done in a week or so. Watch was returned 4 weeks later with a dirt on the face and hair on the inside of the glass. They refused to admit fault and take responsibility, asking me to cover the postage costs of sending the watch back for them to fix a fault which they claim 'wasn't their doing'. It's taken them over 2 months to sort out an issue which should have been resolved promptly. Stay away.
The links to a bangle that had been recently brought in Yorkshire broke, I took it to be repaired and extended slightly however the jeweller advised that the repair would not sit properly on my wrist and advised a different way would be better. I took the advice and am pleased to say that I am delighted with the finished bangle I feel it looks better now than when originally purchased.
