So far so good stuff. Very friendly but many items from this place a little bit overpriced compared to other brands of this quality, but if there's a problem they normally sort it out quite quickly and easily
Excellent service, wonderful staff. The jewellery there is so beautiful and the lady that served me was so professional. She was modelling their jewellery and it looked stunning. Her name was Emma and she most certainly promoted the jewellery. I would recommend going to this store to get value for money and excellent service...
Went in to get a repair and clean and my son came out with a watch. Bit of an issue getting the strap adjusted as they couldn't do it in store at this time but the assistant made trips to get it done elsewhere so he could wear it. A few hiccups at no fault of the store it was sorted. Amazing staff and couldn't be more helpful. Thank you to both staff members there and we'll be back
