I can not rate this shop highly enough! We have a 4 month old bull terrier and the team here have been nothing but helpful. No hard sell and given plenty of options for harnesses, food, treats. Not over priced either. Our pooch loves to go in and have a sniff around and get lots of fussing from the staff
Great place to get good healthy pet food and supplies. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. They even show you how to fit the correct harness and correct way and size for your pet. They give the personal touch.

Staff were lovely and helpful when I was spending money, but very different when I had a problem with a product. I purchased 3 Kong products to use as training aids, believing them to be reasonably robust. After approximately 5 minutes of play, where the puppy was not allowed to chew the tuggy at all, onlyto tug it, it started to fall apart. I tried to return the item the following weekend, but was told "It's teeth that have done that. That's normal where and tear". Presumably the manager expects tuggy toys to be played with with paws rather than teeth!
