I love this gym. The membership fee is decent and all the classes are included. It's rarely busy at the times that I go ( early AM) so I don't have to wait to use the equipment. The Hit studio is great and I particularly recommend the yoga classes. I don't do them but the spin classes are very popular and you must book your space early. Another bonus is staff and most guests take the sanitation of the equipment seriously with antibacterial spray used before and after every piece of equipment is used. If you are looking for a high octane gym with loud music and grunts this is not for you. If you want a friendly environment with a good level of equipment and classes it is.

Room was exactly as expected and bed was comfortable. Reception staff very friendly. However the breakfast…..food itself was a little cold just like the greeting. My wife was very polite and said good morning to the women that was there. As she looked at my wife and completely blanked her we thought she probably didn’t work there. Turned out she did when she appeared behind the counter. I made the fatal mistake of asking if there was any fried eggs. And had my head bitten off for it as the women promptly told me no we don’t before i had chance to finish. My wife asked politely where the hot water for the tea was. No response, and shoved the kettle at her. As we were sat down wondering what we had done wrong. A very polite lady walked in, made a coffee and as she left said, have a lovely day…..again zero response from this women. We always say thanks when we leave. But we were afraid of getting our head bitten off. Id understand if the women was undergoing some kid of personal stress. But there really is no need to treat people like that. If it wasn’t for everything else being fine, this women would of earned a 1 star I’m afraid.

Used the disabled facilities room this time, as hubby has mobility problems. Great for us both....and all the staff were lovely. Visited during 'big freeze' and room was toasty. Thankyou

Arrived 2pm to wait for an hour for room...had I realised it was cashless I would never of booked...I pay cash everywhere and to pay for a coffee on my card is inconvenience and silly when I had the right money...Food wasn't nice, had a sandwich whilst waiting for room to be ready. All I tasted was marg, coffee weak... Got to our room, basic but nice, bed comfy..breakfast wasn't nice though...all in all not the best place to stay

It was more like a Friday plan. It’ll give you a feel of classic badminton courts. Staff is nice and friendly. And you generally don’t complain if you’re into sports, you just get used to things.
