I purchased a car from this garage. He was extremely helpful and made the process easy for me. Two days into owning the car I noticed a strange noise. He took it to his chosen garage and said everything was fine and that I essentially ‘wasted his time’. Getting the car back and the noise was worse. Took it to my trusted garage and they stated the front brake discs and completely worn and dangerous. After the repair which cost me £200+ I have contacted him multiple times to revive this money back as I am still in warranty, but yet to revive any contact back. It’s been almost a week now. Typical car sales place, they say they’ll help and provide warranty and then will ignore or refuse to solve any issues through warranty.
Bought a Fiesta 1.6S from Paul at Aristocars and it's been brilliant so far. The car had a dent in one of the doors and it was putting me off a bit, but Paul sorted it before purchase and you'd never know it had been there. Very impressive. Paul has a good manner about him and not at all pushy. Next time we want a used car, we'll go to Paul first, that's for sure.
