I came with the kids and brought my first company van to transport dogs in and the guys that own the place were fantastic!!! Really took their time to help me and even entertained the kids whilst we do a test drive, then they delivered the van to my house a few days later. Really nice couple and would recommend this company to anyone
I have used this garage twice now. Once for trading in our old car for a replacement, and then for returning the replacement as I thought it had developed a fault covered by the warranty. Don't let the fact that a car they had sold us developed a fault dissuade you from using them, it was a wear and tear issue which was in no way their fault. Even though Adam identified he was not responsible for repairing the issue under the warranty (electrical issue, not engine block), he still took the time to investigate the issue to such a degree which I have paid garages in excess of £90 to experience, for no charge. when he identified the problem and took the time to explain it to me, he offered to get the replacement part from his supplier but when their price was too high, he advised us where we could find a cheaper part, even offering to check a local scrap yard himself. The prices of their vehicles are great for those on a budget and I can't fault their honesty and customer service. Having had some bad experiences with other motor traders in the past, dealing with Bucks Cars was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Adam.
