Nicest service and so quick. Was sooo attentive and trust worthy. I have already highly recommended this to my friends that are looking to new cars. Would 1000% go back and get another car from here. I also had an issue with it after I went back to pay my 2nd deposit and I was seen at the garage they use straight away and it was all sorted. Amazing! Thank you
Awful, service was poor and the vehicle has been bodged to get it to sale standard, I did try to return the vechile on the grounds listed below with the 30 day right to reject. The owner of the business was aggressive and did not wish to help at all. - had to replace the battery after 5days - Parking sensor failure after 6days - Coolant was basically water rather than the correct mix, (tested to a freeze point of - 2 (should have been - 38) - Engine mount needed replacing. - Passenger side headlight had a case crack which fogged up 2 days after purchase - structural damage to front chassis leg, hidden with seam sealant (non disclosed) - A/C condenser faulty meaning intermittent cooling Absolutely no pride in being a trader, they are just out to flip cars that have had problems hidden and masked by bodges. Please do not buy from this company. A complete disgrace of a comonay and a absolute let down for the industry.
Bought the car was assured was fully checked and inspected by there mechanic and within 3 months the car fell apart the spark plugs were cheap not changed and coil and engine damage
If I could give this place minus stars I would we purchased a vehicle in august and less than an hour down the road engine warning lights came on, new turbo needed and a promise from the dealer the warranty would cover it, it did not then the dealer promised to cover it he barely covered half. We then found the tyres and brakes were barely legal and they needed replacing, 4 months down the line and we have warning lights ping up on every outing. The dealers clearly do there own services which are not accurate and I have ended up spending half of what I spent on the car trying to fix it. These people have destroyed my faith in car sales men. The lies and broken promises, I beg of you DO NOT buy from these people for your own financial health and sanity steer well clear
I most say this is the worst car dealership/people in general i have ever come across in my life. I bought a car from them a few months ago turns out the car shouldn’t even be on the road, now 10 months later ive spent nearly £1100 on repairs, when i first got the car it started leaking oil from the sump from its temporary fix they put on, Front tires were worn down, brakes, discs & hoses all needed doing, all within the first 2 weeks of ownership and i could go on all day. The car itself was only worth £1600, If you have any respect for your self time or money I strongly recommend avoiding these guys at all costs, unless you want a year of hell! Trust the other reviews.
